had my first TAC chemo 3 days ago. I feel terrible, like I've been run over by a bus. This was only the first session, 122 days to go! My God, this is awful, way worse than I thought. Can I do it...

Chemo does take its toll. I found the same, 3 days after I bomb dived. It only lasted a few days. Rest when you need, have good pain relief, I find Targin is great, especially at night, it's slow release so seems to last. Only needed to take it for 3 days. Panadol in between. Try to keep positive this definitely helps and have good people around you. Hope you feel better soon.
