donating hair
Does anyone know if I can donate my hair after I have commenced Chemo? does it effect the hair quality etc?

You can donate your hair to children's charity Variety for use in wigs for children with alopecia. It has to be 30cm long. Link: http://www.variety.org.au/nsw/Get-involved/DonateYourHair/
I got my hair cut into a short style first, to aid with the trauma of losing it & reducing mess in shower & on floors. Dianne.
