Well wasnt I the upset person when I started losing my hair! Then I wanted a wig before I lost it, and the wig lady was on Christmas holidays and I missed out on that idea. Then when I shaved it I got a scalp infection. I only felt super embarassed to start with. I have been very verbal about my Cancer experience and tell people straight up. I started with my wig and then once my hair started to grow back, my husband blew me away when he said "You dont need to wear the wig, I am used to you with your own hair!" I found the hot flushes were aweful and with a wig on in the summer time, double trouble. I never was a turbane or scarf person, just not my thing. I wore beanies through winter, and now here I am, with hair long enough to just go natural and is only 8 months later. Time just flew. By the way, there is a website that answers questions about 'What is recommended to do revolving around Cancer " and I noticed there is no evidence that colouring hair causes cancer, its just that our scalps may be sensitive, and they recommend 2 skin tests behind your ear 48 hours apart the week before. Its funny how many people say "You look great with your hair natural" and they either have long hair or its coloured! (hillarious!). Funny how I am way braver now, than I was at the start too! X Bel
