Does Paclitaxel have an effect on Blood Pressure?

Soon after I started Paclitaxel, I was feeling light headed at times. I have hypertension, and needed a decrease in medication. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen. I have 5 more Chemo ...

I am hypertensive and during my four AC round my BP dropped quite significantly so as a result rather than two tablets I have reduced to one which is a real plus.  BP remains pretty good whilst having Paclitaxol however I can feel quite light headed at times; particularly when I stand up quickly.  Best of luck :)
