Does Paclitaxel have an effect on Blood Pressure?

Soon after I started Paclitaxel, I was feeling light headed at times. I have hypertension, and needed a decrease in medication. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen. I have 5 more Chemo ...

My blood pressure was quite low during chemo - never so bad as to be a worry but low enough to need to monitor.  If I remember rightly (and my memory is pretty bad), @kmakm had a couple of incidents that I think we're directly related.
