Does Paclitaxel have an effect on Blood Pressure?

Soon after I started Paclitaxel, I was feeling light headed at times. I have hypertension, and needed a decrease in medication. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen. I have 5 more Chemo ...

It was discussed. My Oncologist didn't think my Chemo was to blame. My GP wrote the new prescription.  
I am home monitoring my BP. It will be interesting to see, if after Chemo, that I may need a stronger prescription.
I was just curious if others had the same experience.
