Does Paclitaxel have an effect on Blood Pressure?

Chemo effects can be many and various. My oncologist advised that chemo could sometimes lower blood pressure. A drop in your blood pressure might occasion feeling faint or light headed. In any event you need  to let your oncologist and/or oncology nurse know, so if can be checked. Best wishes.
