Hi Jenny,
First time I've heard of this. Sounds a really good thing to do. My left sided chest wall radiation was ages ago.
Someone might chime in here with some breathing techniques.
I guess If I were doing it again, maybe each day while not on the "table" (can't remember, is that what it's called?) I'd include some relaxing breaths and happy thoughts
Kinda a "rehearsal" with accompanying happy "mind pictures and thoughts" that will help you through each of the 8 breaths in a row, gentle hugs, (another!) Jenny x
