Day 31 of 30 Radiation
Well I did it pheeewwwww glad that's done and I can spend the next 3 weeks healing before I start Tamoxifen . I had panic attacks from day 18 till the end most of them I could just keep my shit together for and then other days I would get off the table shaking and in tears with no reasonable explanation. My skin has completely burnt , hurt and now peeled under my arm and the effects of the 5 boosts haven't appeared as of yet.
I managed to run 10km today with the help of bodyglide and the 3 amigos and it felt great. I still have some major cording on my breast into the wounds.
BUT I AM DONE

Well done on getting through this part of it. With time the skin will heal.
Well done you. I had the odd panic attack on that table too!!! I had to call in all my breathing techniques just to stay there at times. It's all done now so well done you.

Congratulations on getting through it all so youbcan now concentrate on healing and putting the nightmate behind you.
I.hope the burns heal quickly and that you are out there running with no need for aids real soon (do not forget to have a huge party in between though ?)
