Lynda, that sounds horrible. I am up to my fifteenth radiotherapy session and I have not felt anything at all. I basically have a little nap while it's happening. I hope you mentioned it to the radiotherapist or nurse. Even if it is a panic attack it's nothing to be embarrassed about and they should help you with it. I doubt that it would be motion sickness because you're not moving. If it's vertigo I don't think the Kwells would help, would they? Perhaps you could go in early today and speak to someone about it before your treatment. In my experience the radiotherapy team is really kind. I hope it all goes well today.
