I avoided the traditional "comfort food" and went for the 'easy to digest" options for the first 8 to 10 days. That included, juices, smoothies, and soup. Weetbix for breakfast, a banana smoothy, and home made soup (broth based not cream based). I have always selected foods that wont put on weight either, but thats up to you. I really enjoyed grapes or watermelon during summer, still eat the grapes each day. The recipe books I borrowed from the Cancer Council were helpful too. I did have Tuna Mornay or pasta bake style food at the end of the 10 days. Try to avoid junk food, or hi carb foods, unless you plan on going for a run after (joking). Good luck Vanessa. XX Bel
