Thanks, Tracey :)  You have to admit, we all have our stories lol  Kind of helps me put my own problems into perspective, to be honest, when I read what others are undergoing and makes me realise this isn't all about me!  It's a great leveller.  My biggest problem is letting go of my independence.  My biggest problem is letting the family in to help me with caring for my mother now lol  Fussing over her has been my biggest help in reality, because it stops me falling in a heap.  I truly believe that.  They all want me to put her into long term respite, but that would be a real cruelty for her - and me!  I think she keeps me sane just when I need her the most.

Hope things are improving for yourself too, Tracey!  Utterly fell in love with your artwork, young lady!  What incredible talent you have! I would love to have a talk to you at some time to do one of my son and I about a drawing of him and I with our bald heads!  My family are stunned how we look like twins now!  hahahaha
