9am start at the hospital for Chem #2.....finally got home at 6pm. God what a total stuff up of a day. Apparently, they had changed my appointment times and some dingbat never thought to let ME know!...

Have you ever suffered with sinus problems, Brenda? I do - very badly for many years. I was in heaven with my first chemo on 7th Jan when it just suddenly disappeared. But then I found I had like a lump lodged high in my chest that caused a lot of the nausea/vomiting. Turns out the mucous was draining into my chest. A new antihistamine has worked nearly instantly and that made a ton of difference. But if you are having feelings of chest/ throat restrictions have you checked your blood pressure levels?
My GP, bless him, is incredibly caring and has made me come in 3 times a week to keep a sharp eye on my blood pressure etc. So the only real culprit had to be the sinus in my case. Of course, we are all different and we all react differently which is why I check in so regularly with my GP.
Just make sure you constantly check on those appointments LOL That's the biggest lesson I've taken out of yesterday.
