I hope so too, Brenda LOL But this time I will be better prepared and ring in advance to triple check appointment times - when I have to see everyone - and never ever again will I go through the stress of everything yesterday!
The upside is I had a brilliant sleep till 3am and feel like a new woman. The biggest upside I'm finding is that the 2nd chemo hasn't kicked in as rapidly as the first and my taste buds are definitely still getting better (Food! Glorious Food here I come!) Little if any nausea, diarrhoea, headaches seem a thing of the past (so far) but I'm told that the bone/muscle pain will make a return. *sigh* The tiredness and lack of energy is still there but understandable and many nanny naps are ahead in my future, I can feel it in me aching bones lol I know it's early days yet but I'm feeling lots more hopeful and positive after a day of so much stress and sheer aggravation.
I WILL get on top of this - if I have to have a few naps, so be it! I WILL SURVIVE!
*puffing me little lop sided chest out defiantly!"
