9am start at the hospital for Chem #2.....finally got home at 6pm. God what a total stuff up of a day. Apparently, they had changed my appointment times and some dingbat never thought to let ME know!...

OMG Barb you and I are almost exactly on the same schedule with the same treatments except I have my second one on Friday next week!
I will make dang sure I report the limited throat and weight on my chest before the appointment next week as I have been having it for the last 2 weeks. Iceblocks and sitting up seems to help.
I would have had a mix up next week as well. Seems there are 2 Rachels, one is the oncology secretary who organises the oncology Dr appointments and one is the physio. Just as well the physio one rang and said can we change Tuesdays appointment, I had it down as Thursday but apparently that ones the new oncology Dr. Luckily physio said I can come an hour earlier and see her on the same day so saves an extra trip into town at least.
I hope you have a much better day of it tomorrow. Don't be backward in reminding them you are more than just a lump of meat. I think they forget sometimes.
