Well done! I had Ativan & paracetemol before the cold cap & I reckon it helped. For me the first 12 minutes were almost unbearable, and the rest of the first half hour unpleasant but after that it was OK.

I was a mess before my first one, but dry eyed by the fourth. What did you end up doing during the infusion? And how did your husband cope? It can be difficult for our beloveds to watch us.
