Brenda as wonderful I have found this hospitals doctors and nurses and Kellie from elective surgery, I find the admin side absolutely appalling. I know they are understaffed and its not their fault. but man its frustrating. I work for my gp and I know we wait weeks and weeks and weeks to get discharge summaries, tests we have done and ask to send the hospital a copy for some reason go missing. It seriously does my head in. I got a letter today to say that they will ring me for a survey soon. I'll be letting them know they need to get more admin staff!
