RNSW You know, with all our treatments its just too damn hard to work out what is actually causing all the pain! I was on Tamoxifen 4yrs but I didnt have chemo at that point, and I had no pain honestly or side effects and I was pre menopausal!! 2015 recurrence, chemo, thrown into menopause OMG, and now on Arimidex. Arimidex is renowned for joint pain, but to be honest I believe alot of my pain legs, lower back and neck comes from chemo still 1yr on. My bone density revealed I have osteoporosis in lower back and neck thanks very much!!! My Oncologist believes another gift from treatment YIPPEE!!! So I take Vit D everyday and powdered Magnesium imperative as it services over 300 enzymes in the body. Exercise is super difficult, but I have found I cannot just exercise alone...Im working with an exercise physiologist who deals in rehabilitation specifically with Cancer Patients. Amazing!!! it involves alot of stretching right now, not so much cardio, but we will build to that. Hugs Melinda xo
