Chris if you are in the gosford area have you considered Wigwam at gosford hospital? its a wig library and there is no cost. the staff there are wonderful, spent an hour or more with me trying on different wigs and scarves. I ended up with a lovely wig that people say they like more than my own hair lol and I wear my caps more than the wig so glad I did not pay hundreds for it. when I am finished with it I just take it back. anyway just something to consider.

- ChixonMemberHi. Moo Goo creme can be purchased from the chemist, I have dry skin at the best of times, but I find this so nice. I am not sure where you are from...but I purchased my caps and scarves from Gosford...I could try them on and the staff were so lovely. I hope to buy a wig in the next couple of weeks. Take Care. All the best with your Chemo. Chris x

- SilksMemberWednesday will be my day 8 after 1st cycle, so I'm right behind you :) I have been using pure unperfumed Vitamin E cream for scarring and the rest of my body and find it to be working very well. I am hoping it will be just as good for my scalp. I have heard about itching and irritation to the scalp after hair loss and have therefore ordered a bamboo cotton cap aswell as a wig and other bits and pieces. ;) Let us know how you go Silke xx
