Just wondering how others coped when they got burnt from radiation. I finished my 25 days of radiation last Thursday. Before I finished I started to burn but since stopping it has got worse....

Thanks for all your feedback. Yes I knew what to expect but was just keen to hear what others had. Did know I would not be the only one who burnt. It is funny how it seems to get worse once treatment has stopped. The radiation oncologist told me that I would be good in about two weeks. I am sure that the pinkness is not as bad as it was. I will continue on with the creams (today I bought Sudocream). I feel lucky that I breezed through radiation without any issues until this. Didn't get that real tiredness but am not sleeping that well so do get tired but not too bad. I am doing most things I always have done so feel lucky. I know there are others in much worse situations as me.
