Advice needed re 'day after AC chemo' and driving

Hi everyone, I was hoping you could share some of your experiences / give me advice on something. I am starting AC Monday (16th) and this first time at least they are keeping me overnight for obs...

I know he wants to be there but I just worry as he is very limited in terms of leave and used a lot during surgery time.plus his dad died 2 weeks ago (lived in Europe) so ended up using up even.more to attend the funeral...

I guess maybe I will have to have him there next week but will have to figure out the going home the next day bit so it works for everyone
