I really didn't feel safe to drive following AC chemo even 2 weeks on at times as I get quite dizzy at times. I know the 1st day not too bad but no way would I personally drive. My husband stays whilst I have my chemo and goes off and gets nice coffee etc for us both. Is there anyone else who can drive you back if needing to keep some days for hubby. It is really challenging on the whole family. I would think though he might like to be there. My husband really wanted to and changed all his work days to suit treatment, he was lucky enough to do it, even if half days. You have to do whats best for you both...but dont forget to ask him what he would prefer to do also. Kath x
