Oh and it's nigh on impossible not to catastrophise breast cancer at some point or another. How insulting and insensitive. They don't know your life and circumstances! My diagnosis WAS a catastrophe for me and my poor family. FAAAAARCK a bloody duck this makes me FURIOUS.
