Hi, rant & vent as much as you need. I Lao find myself protecting those closest from how I'm feeling, as much as possible. Unfortunately it then sometimes comes out as me snapping at them, then feeling more guilty than ever.
Sometimes it is hard to get out. However, I generally find I feel better afterwards. However, as with treatment, what works for each of us is different.
