2nd Chapter

Hi Sami, Had to laugh about you packing bras and forgetting your undies. Does this mean the chemo brain sticks around after chemo? LOL. I have been doing some silly things too. Once I couldn't find my mobile phone anywhere. I looked all over the house and in our car. I asked my husband to call it but we couldn't hear it so I thought "oh geeez I've lost it". It was only after I went to the fridge to get some milk that there was my phone sitting on the top shelf with one missed call funnily enough! I felt like such an idiot. It's not the first time I've 'lost' my phone during chemo only to find it in weird places. My husband has threatened to tie a piece of string to the phone and put the string around my neck like the chains used for eyeglasses so I can't lose it. I'm due for a bilateral mastectomy and immediate reconstruction early September so I'm nervous about that. I agree though that the chemo will probably be the worst part for me too.
