Oh yes! My first round was horrendous ... Within hours I was literally unable to move, extreme nausea, mega headache, heartburn... The next week was a write off.... I have just had my second and was terrified of what was to come, BUT thanks to me telling my team how bad the dude effects were first time, they armed me with more anti nausea pills, become fir the heartburn and an even stronger tablet for nausea Iv the first didn't cut it.... Luckily I didn't need the stronger one this time but I did use a higher dose of the regular anti nausea pills and some heartburn ones, BUT the fatigue and nausea didn't hit me this time until day four... The only thing that plagues me the most now is the fatigue, but it's better than feeling nauseated! Hopefully the next round will be kinder to both of us! But please mention it to your chemo team including the nurse, they will work to make it more tolerable for you.... Best wishes fit the rest of your treatment....
