with access to radiotherapy.
If you are concerned with any delays to your radiation therapy
treatment, please call this hotline number on 1800 770 776, where you might be
able to find an alternative solution. Rapid access to care is still possible

BreastScreen
suspends services across Australia
BCNA
supports the decision by BreastScreen services across Australia to suspend all
breast screening to protect people from the COVID-19 coronavirus and reduce the
spread. The decision is based on advice from medical experts. BCNA has been assured by our
clinical advisers that delaying screening mammograms for a few months should
not affect breast cancer outcomes. Read

Kadcycla added to PBS for early breast cancer
The breast
cancer drug Kadcyla (trastuzumab emtansine) was listed on the Pharmaceutical
Benefits Scheme (PBS) from 1 April 2020 for the adjuvant (after surgery)
treatment of HER2-positive early breast cancer. Read
