Tai Chi & health qigong

For the past 3 or so years, I have been doing Tai Chi and Qigong at my workplace. so much fun, so good for my bone health, has helped my lymphoedema and made me more relaxed. Actually had staff come up to me and say what did you do at lunch today you look so much more relaxed ( did not know I was stressed and until I told them, they did not what I had done in my 1 hour lunch break!)

Bunnings display for chinese New Year and

soon some of us will be competing in Melbourne last weekend of August. More details soon.

    Here are the details if you wish to participate or come and watch the Macquarie Uni (or another) team compete in this graceful, relaxing, healthy exercise:

    Wushu Taichi and Qigong competition on 30 August 2015, details as follows:

    Venue: Monash University, Clayton Campus, Sports Centre

    Date: 30 August 2015 (Sunday)

    Time: 10 am – 4 pm
