Online Network update

It's been a very active week in the online network with many members who continue to share their experiences and words of support.

While these are my last couple of months with BCNA, I reflect on what I am most proud of in the online network. For me, this has been seeing members connect with each other who are at different points of their journey. I have been incredibly blessed to see the warmth and openness by which our members support each other, and to have the opportunity to have (what feels like) 'met' you all.

We also continue to work hard of the website, with many changes tested and implemented over the last few days to make sure all parts of the website, such as the local service directory are continuing to improve. We continue to work towards making the improvements that our members have let us know about and will keep the network updated.

If there are aspects of the new website that you still find confusing, please just let us know. Other members may be able to help you, and we can put together additional Help and FAQ resources if there is a need for specific advice.

    Hi Jess, sorry to read that you will be leaving BCNA soon, you and Daina have been doing a mighty job and I'm sure you will be missed by many.

    Just a quick one - have been trying to delete some of my messages and although it says that they have been deleted successfully, the messages are still there :-  Any suggestions? Thanks, Jane xx

    Yes, this is something that seems to be happening with deleting broadcast in the inbox at the moment, but we are working on getting a fix for this :-) I hope you are doing well xx
