Hello ladies!

I wanted to tell you about a gorgeous swimsuit that I have just bought.I have put a photo of me wearing it as my new profile pic.Its not very clear, and it's crooked as well, but I don't know how to straighten the photo!I bought it at David Jones, and it's by Speedo.

Its called a spirit turbo suit, and it has prosthetic pockets built into it.It is a tight fit,but so comfy. It has a zip all the way up the front, and as you can see,it has quite a high neck.I don't wear my prosthetic with it,and because it's such a firm fit,and is patterned,I feel that it wasn't very noticeable, however if you wore a prosthetic, the pockets are extremely well made, and the prosthetic wouldn't move at all.It also comes in a gorgeous multi colour abstract pattern.I hope that everyone is doing well :). Cheers Robyn.xox

I have since had a reconstruction, however before I did I bought a swimming prosthesis. I was worried the chlorine would damage the real one. It wasn't very dear from memory $70 I think. It was hollow inside as the lady at the bra shop said that swimmers flatten your natural breasts so the prosthetic was made to match. I also bought proper swimmers with the pockets in like yours and felt very confident swimming with my swimming boob in. I have since passed it on to a friend. The lady in the bra shop also said that the soft form boobs you get with the Berlei bras work really well too. Your new swimmers look great, as do you. It certainly is swimming weather isn't it ?

You look terrific! I've got a swim form to wear in my swimmers and I also wear it in my sports bras. It was a quarter of the price of my proper prosthesis and is made to cope with the chlorine. Enjoy the water! :) Deanne xxx

    You look great!

My swimmers are also from DJ's and are Amoena with built in pockets.  I use "chicken fillets" from the swimwear shop as they are silicone and not affected by chlorine - so far, anyway - and quite cheap.  In the gym I wear a black tank and just hang a light towel around my neck.  (Bilateral has to have some advantages!)   xxx Michelle

I bought mine at a specialist boutique in Brisbane called Spirit of Life. They have an on-line shop as well. It was about $120 I think. It is an Amoena Aqua Wave form. :) Deanne xxx
