I have since had a reconstruction, however before I did I bought a swimming prosthesis. I was worried the chlorine would damage the real one. It wasn't very dear from memory $70 I think. It was hollow inside as the lady at the bra shop said that swimmers flatten your natural breasts so the prosthetic was made to match. I also bought proper swimmers with the pockets in like yours and felt very confident swimming with my swimming boob in. I have since passed it on to a friend. The lady in the bra shop also said that the soft form boobs you get with the Berlei bras work really well too. Your new swimmers look great, as do you. It certainly is swimming weather isn't it ?
