If for some reason you don't go with Richard, I can 100% recommend Lara Lipton who is based at Cabrini in Malvern.
I had TNBC and she was absolutely magnificent, highly recommended from my surgeon as I am terrified of all things medical - ie. pass out reading a first aid book (seriously).
She specialises in TNBC and also is part of the genetic clinic there (I forget her exact role in that - her title is Associate Professor though.)
She was really supportive, I had her number to call 24/7, very approachable and explains things really well. She is also "human", if that makes sense, some in the medical field are quite distant from the patients, but not her.
Have her as a Plan B!
PS: I'm not sure where abouts in Melbourne you are, but have you considered joining the "Melbournites" group on here? We meet up every now and again for lunch, you'd be welcome to come along if you could make it!
