We are committed to improving your experience, and we can’t wait to share these new features with you in the New Year. Keep an eye out for regular updates in early 2025.218Views6likes2CommentsOnline Network Survey - Results
Thank you for taking part in our digital research As some of you may know, we need to move the Online Network to a new platform, as part of a wider project to improve our online resources. We ran a survey and conducted interviews with members of the network to gather information such as: What works well and what needs to be improved What features and functions are most important. Thank you to everyone who was able to take part and provide feedback on their experiences with the current platform. Your feedback is helping us make decisions around features and functionality (Survey results attached). The project team is busy working with our technical partners. This is always a lengthy process, so you won’t see any changes for a couple of months. However, the project team will very soon start communicating with our network before the upcoming changes. If you have any questions or future feedback, please let us know via this post or through our Helpline team.97Views1like1CommentHave your say on the Online Network
Later this year, we need to move the Online Network to a new platform as part of a wider project to improve our online resources. To help us make the best decisions around functionality, processes, look and feel, and more, we invite you to complete a short, anonymous survey. All questions are optional and you can use any device: Online Network user survey. The survey closes at the end of Monday 27 May. Next month we will let you know the results of the survey and give you information about the change. If you have any questions please contact the Project Manager Tamsin Stanford tstanford@bcna.org.au190Views0likes10CommentsTake part in research to improve our online services
We’re inviting members of the Online Network to help us improve our website and online services. This work is part of a project that aims to improve access to relevant information and support that is tailored to your personal preferences and experiences of breast cancer. It will cover My Journey and the Symptom Tracker, the Online Network and parts of the website. Between April and June, we’re running online research activities to help us design and test new features and other changes. Activities range from short and simple surveys to one-on-one interviews or group workshops. Your feedback is important to make sure we deliver what is most useful and usable for people affected by breast cancer. Read about the activities you can take part in and, if you’re interested in taking part, fill out the ‘expression of interest’ form and we’ll be in touch.52Views0likes0CommentsYour Online Network experience

Hello all, A quick message to let you know that we have our developers looking into adding our group listing back in the main discussion forum. It sits on the right hand side under the section titled who's online and enables quick access to the online groups. Hi. I was diagnosed with bc in January. Ive had a single mastectomy and have round 4 of dose dense chemo on wednesday. I'm 37 and have no family history. I have 2 sons 13 and 14 and dont know anyone who has been through this, let alone anyone around my age going through this. I'm not usually a blog/forum type person but with a long journey still ahead, its getting lonely so I thought I'd try reaching out on here :). Im in adelaide and look forward to meeting some new people i can relate to and talk to. X663Views0likes21CommentsChange to logging into the BCNA online network 16 May 2019
