art therapy

Does anyone know if there is anywhere we can access Art Therapy (I am in Melbourne)? I have just had surgery and am recovering atm before beginning radiation. I would love to do some art therapy as part of my recovery, but can’t really afford it with all the medical bills and not working.117Views0likes3CommentsWatercolours
Just wondering if anyone else on here paint with watercolours. I started painting in acrylics about 5 years ago but quickly switched to watercolours as the cleanup is much easier. Brushes just need a couple of swishes in my water jar and the paints can be left to dry out and can be reactivated with water whenever I get back to it. I’m lucky enough to have an unused bedroom as my art studio so if I’m tired or sore, I can just give the brushes a quick wash and walk out and shut the door. It doesn’t matter if I leave it for a few hours, days, weeks or months, it will still be there and ready to restart any time I want. I’ve attached some of my original works. I hope you like them. 💕 Thanks arpie for encouraging me to display some of my paintings. xo .87Views3likes6Comments
