Thanks for your post, and no you weren't rambling :-)
I know I just have to make my mind and go with it, I will feel a lot better once I do BP is through the roof !!!!!!! but for some reason I am finding it hard, everyone I have spoken to advises me to have it, so I guess that in itself should be telling me something.
