I was given the soft form after surgery but I think you can get them from shops (online or other) that sell mastectomy garments. The knitted knockers are made by community service groups around Australia but I was lucky enough that one of our lovely online community (thanks @onemargie) sent them to me - I still use them at times. BTW, I got my ah bra knockoffs from Kmart - $15 for 2, I think.
