Continue to make haste slowly ....I hope you have good support at home. Specially with the NO LIFTING bit for a while longer.
Yep, keep the pain meds up for a couple more days at least, (or til after you see your surgeon!) depending on how you are feeling. Then just reduce the dose or increase the time between doses to see if there is any 'breakthru pain' .... all going well, there won't be!
