Hi @lady_with_green_eyes. Like you, I had neoadjuvant chemo. The onky thing my bc nurse did for me in that time was suggest seeing a lymphoedema therapist before surgery. I was one of the lucky ones š. I developed lymphoedema 6 weeks afyer surgery. Because we had pre-op measurements to compare, we knrw I needed to start treatment, so I went in to my first compression garment that day. In part because of that early diagnosis (& maybe a bit of luck) I've been pretty stable, and never even had cellutis.
