@lady_with_green_eyes I had a lymphodema consult at my hospital before lumpectomy surgery to take baseline measurements and speak to the therapist about avoiding risks. I just went back the other day after completing treatment and had a special massage where she showed me how to clear fluid from the breast towards the other side. I only had two lymph nodes removed but had radiation to that side as well and extra to some other lymph nodes. I've had no symptoms but I think being proactive is good. I didn't have a clearance as you think you will.
Its good to speak to a professional and good to have the measurements from before so you can compare and jump on to things if they start to change but too subtle to notice (that's what they said too.) Good luck with it!
