What you choose can depend on what size your other breast is.If you are large then being lopsided is more obvious and can even cause shoulder pain if not balanced up properly.I was fitted 4 years ago at my local Myers store in Castle hill in Sydney. The ladies were lovely and very helpful.I am a16c and wear the Amoena natura style390 silicon which fits in my bra pocket.I wouldn't wear it on the skin incase it slipped out.It cost $429 and Medicare pays back $400.I feel better wearing it cos it's weight balances me.I like the Berlei post op bra- not pretty but comfortable.I have some Amoena bras which are ok too.Amoena also make a soft form which is lighter called Leisure form and also Weighted Leisure form- both made out of foam and cost around the $70 mark. You can use normal bras and sew a pocket in.I do this with my swimmers.Triumph make a comfortable bra (no wire, wide straps)suitable to sew in a pocket called"endless comfort".Myers also sell the pockets but I just buy stretchy fabric at Spotlight.I also sew stretchy lace into any lower neckline tops- looks like a fake cami and not as hot.Hope this helps.Tonya xx
