Hi Ruth Bird, sorry it isn't posting under your reply. Thank you so much I went to doc today and he said there is no infection and hopefully the cording will calm down soon and yep no running till I see the physio. Our beach is being hammered by blue bottles at the moment so I will have to wait for a swim. My BCN did send the bra and I love it. My results have been good, the margins were clear and no cancer in the lymph nodes so I don't have chemo and start radiation in a few weeks.
