2.5 weeks post Lumpectomy and SNB

Thank you so much , my lovely BCN dod send me the Berlei bra and its great just a bit hot in Qld at the moment so using old sports bras with wire out to rotate at the moment plus at the start I found I needed fresh air on my bits but I only did that lying down for an hour or two so as not strain tge stitches. I have been doing my exercises and thank you for the reminder of the Dvd I had totally forgot about it. My doc said all the cording under arm and through the blue boob will settle soon and yep no running till I see the physio
