Thank you much appreciated. Deflecting my discomfort into baking. A batch of banana and honey muffins are ready to eat. Busy making a sour cream apple slice as well. In the meantime there is a session on the radio about mindfulness and meditation and I'm being serenaded by hubby on the ride on mower. Aahh!
