Hi there I was on zoladex for 1 year the worst part was who gave the implant , depending on the skill it was sometimes very painful. My dr was hopeless I found the nurses the best. Not everyone is skilled at giving it. And honestly being blunt it looks like a horse needle. Lol my experience was severe joint pain when I stopped the injection so did the pain I had a complete hysterectomy as the zoladex was just temporary. I wish you luck and hope I haven't frightened you but it's best to be honest. Adean
