Hi that is a loaded question. I have been on Zoladex injections for 15 months and some months are better than others. Main problem though who is the real culprit with the side effects when I consider the other medications I am on. I don't look forward to them however as time has gone on I find I am better. Initially I found I was feeling off and yuck for 3 weeks and have one good week. The injection is in the abdomen area, a numbing injection first. It is dissolvable. It is the hormones adjusting to the regime and we are all different to the way we react.
