yippee
Hi girls , I had my visit to my surgeon yesterday after my initial 7 months of bc diagnosis, and after she chatted prodded and poked she put her arms in the air and yelled YIPPEE I LIKE WHAT IM SEEING AND FEELING NO LUMPS YEHHHHH. I started to laugh and she kept saying well done well done. squeezing my arm and smiling. i seriously felt like the kid who one dux of the school. Such a contrast to the other 7 months ago, so the lymphodemia and the pain is nothing I cant put up with and the lump I had felt in my shoulder was fatty tissue phew! Scans booked for may , so a little reprieve and a time to feel ok for a bit, as you know until the next appointment. Hope everyones news is also good if they are checking things out.
Love adean

Hi Adean, that is wonderful news! For us, finding a lump that turns out to be harmless is like winning the lottery! Hope your pain reduces soon and your arm settles down. It's 10 months since my surgery and I still do the physio exercises whenever it starts to ache - it might be a long term thing but I can live with that.
I have my 3 month checkup with the oncologist since treatment/surgeries finished next Monday, so here's hoping I get a good report like you did! I feel so happy for you!
