Hi,
Just logged on and it was lovely to see messages of support and ideas,it lifted my spirits and thats just what this site is all about, so thank you, as mentioned I hope that I will acclimatise and my hands will settle down as have my feet, meanwhile my Breast care nurse has suggested a occupational therapist who may have some items to help me at home with my hands, and I am going to get glasses for inside, the cold air definately makes it worse,i am also going to ring bcna and make another appointment with their counselling service, it has helped before and a chat is just what i need, although i do meditate and practice gratitude, sometimes you just need to speak to someone else to put everything into perspective, so today is another day, onwards and upwards!
thank you once again,
