I have been on Arimidex for 3 months, the only side effect I have noticed so far has been that my hot flushes are more intense. I was very moody for the first month on the tablets but that has eased now. My hair is growing back from chemo and it's growing at a reasonable rate. I was apprehensive about Arimidex, after reading the side effects information sheet, but the good outweighs the bad. The oncologist said that maybe I could get one side effect, all side effects or none, it's a wait and see scenario. So far, so good. Everybody is so different and I know some ladies on this site had some bad side effects, so I guess the oncologist was right. There are also long term side effects but I have put that in my back pocket for the moment. Early days for me yet but I hope I have been of some help, take care,
