Yes, @Flaneuse - the hardest part I find is my hands. But they are essential to both my passionate hobbies - uke playing & kayak fishing.
Since starting Hormone Tabs/AIs 6 months ago - my left hand in particular - when I try & clench it - looks as if I am holding an invisible apple - I am unable to 'close it' until late in the afternoon. I've had to reinvent a way pretty well to hold anything. I also have a few implements that have previously worked for me for opening jars etc!!
Now, even holding a cup of tea/coffee is difficult! Grinding pepper is difficult - I've had to reinvent how to do that, using the palm of my hand, not the fingers/thumb. grrrr Opening those 'pull tab' groceries (like yoghurt, puree apple tubs and numerous other grocery items that come 'covered'.) I now have to use a knife to slice open the top, as I am unable to pull it off. There is no strength in either hand at all.
I find it hard to believe that any GP & BC health professional does not know & understand the side effects that these tablets cause. :(
