@arpie Yep, same here. Interesting that you've had the same experience. Can't even form half a fist. Can't grip things. Can't open things. It wasn't like that before - except for the occasional really tight lid and I had a device for that. Now I can't even grip the device.
The annoying thing about my knee was that in spite of my osteoarthritis I was so active - always a fast walker and a long-distance trekker. I did my left knee when I slipped while trekking on an icy path at the age of 62.
The swelling in my right hand today is bad. And throbbing in the palm-side of my joints.
Actually I'm quite annoyed now that I find out it's likely due to Letrozole. Not annoyed that it was prescribed for me or that I wasn't warned this could happen. But annoyed that when I mentioned it on Mon to the oncologist she didn't acknowledge that it is a "thing" and I'm so over being annoyed with my useless GP. After about 28 years, the only good thing about him is that he'll prescribe anything I ask for.
